ke7 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ke7 platform (available at ke7.asia and any associated sub-domains or applications), you ("the Player", "User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with ke7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of ke7 and must not attempt to register an account or place any wager. ke7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ke7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of ke7 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your ke7 account remains active.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and in compliance with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to your place of residence and/or jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, and you have independently confirmed that participation in online gaming is lawful in your applicable local jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of ke7, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• You do not have an active self-exclusion in place with ke7 or any associated platform.

ke7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

ke7 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed. Any balance standing to the credit of such an account will be forfeited and may be directed to responsible gaming funds. ke7 will report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

3. Account Registration

To access ke7's real-money products, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each player may hold one and only one ke7 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. ke7 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ke7 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. ke7 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC verification: ke7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Withdrawals above specified thresholds, and in certain other circumstances, require completion of identity verification by submission of valid CNIC documentation. ke7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
• Account transfer: ke7 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any balance therein to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ke7 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ke7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). ke7 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time and reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum amounts for bank transfers and USDT may differ and are displayed in the ke7 cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 6 hours, depending on the payment method and prevailing transaction volumes. ke7 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers, banking infrastructure, or force majeure events.
• Same-method principle: Where technically feasible, ke7 may require that withdrawals be returned via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Deposit funds belong to the player: ke7 holds player funds in accounts separate from company operational funds. In the event ke7 ceases operations, player funds are returned subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• No third-party payments: Players may only deposit from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from accounts registered to third parties will be rejected and may result in account suspension.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on ke7 are subject to ke7's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. ke7 publishes return-to-player (RTP) rates for all slot titles and house edge figures for all table games.

• ke7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of wagering, where technical errors materially affected the displayed odds, or where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
• Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds may be voided at ke7's sole discretion, with stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• ke7's decision on all gaming disputes is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described on the platform.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, T20 Internationals, and Test series, are subject to specific settlement rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ke7 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published alongside the Promotion offer.
• Bonus funds are separate from cash funds in your ke7 wallet. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• ke7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Where a Promotion is withdrawn or modified, players who have already opted in will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of obvious pricing errors, will result in voiding of bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• ke7 reserves the right to restrict a player's access to specific Promotions based on account history, jurisdiction, or other factors, at ke7's sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ke7 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through associates, family members, or affiliated parties.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the ke7 platform.
• Placing bets based on inside knowledge of a sporting event obtained through illegal means.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in poker or table games.
• Attempting to exploit identified technical errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using the ke7 platform while subject to an active self-exclusion.
• Providing false information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including deposit limits or self-exclusion, through any means.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ke7 platform, including but not limited to the ke7 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content provided under licence from third-party studios, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of ke7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ke7 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ke7 content without ke7's prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

ke7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on ke7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected for KYC purposes, transaction monitoring, and responsible gaming compliance.

ke7 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms. For full details, see ke7's Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

ke7 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. ke7's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, are available to all registered players at no cost from the account settings section following ke7 login. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Players who self-exclude from ke7 must not attempt to re-register during the self-exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ke7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ke7.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond ke7's reasonable control.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other external service providers integrated with ke7.

Nothing in these Terms limits ke7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your ke7 account at any time by contacting ke7 customer support. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.

ke7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where ke7 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where required by law or regulatory authority, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to ke7 or other players. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, ke7 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ke7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ke7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of ke7 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ke7 operates, as determined by its licensing and registration. ke7 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Players are individually and solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming under their applicable local laws before registering and using ke7.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of ke7 that cannot be resolved through ke7's internal dispute resolution process, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules published on the ke7 platform. Nothing in this clause prevents ke7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
